Krystel Armand Kanzki is a licensed CPA in the US and in Haiti. She started her career as an auditor for KPMG in Washington DC upon graduating with honors from Georgetown University’s Mc Donough School of Business with a BS/BA in Accounting and Marketing. Krystel Armand Kanzki left KPMG’s Audit practice as a Manager to return to her home country, Haiti, in 2011.
Since then, Krystel Armand Kanzki has joined the leadership team of Compagnie d’Assurance d’Haiti S.A. (CAH) and Hertz/Thrifty Haiti as the VP in Finance, which has provided her with exceptional insight as to the challenges faced by businesses operating in emerging countries.
Her 14 years of experience half of which were spent in Corporate America as a KPMG auditor and then in her current role as an entrepreneur and executive team member of prestigious group in Haiti have inspired her to create unique training programs.
At the center Xponential learning’s training programs is the importance of mindset, openness to technology, and the importance of having a solid financial literacy foundation and practical hard and soft skills.
Her goal is to help individuals of all ages identify and develop the essential technical and soft skills required to succeed financially, in the business world and to ultimately live a fulfilled life.
Krystel Armand Kanzki believes she has discovered her mission: “To inspire and empower individuals of all ages to reach their greatest potential.” She carries out this mission not only through education, but also other business endeavors.
In living her mission, her goal is to make a difference through the positive impact she has on her students and those she may influence directly or indirectly on her path.
